You have organisational skills. Flexibility is important, as this job sometimes requires you to switch quickly between different tasks. Customer and service orientation is necessary in order to respond appropriately to customer concerns. Diligence as well as verbal and written expression skills are very important for writing business letters and working at the customer reception desk. A good knowledge of German is important for correspondence with customers and business partners. Knowledge of maths is required for preparing invoices and bookkeeping.
