27% of all people in employment in Germany have a migration background. Did you know that? Without the 27% people with a migrant background in the labour force, we would be missing a fundamental part of the economy and society. For decades, they have made a decisive contribution to the success of companies in Germany and will continue to play an essential role in overcoming the shortage of skilled labour in the future. The campaign organised by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce draws attention to this.
